Mumbai’s viral Matka Dosa angers the internet, social media users say don’t waste the snack – Watch

After Fanta Maggi and Momo Ice-Cream, now Mumbai’s viral ‘Matka Dosa’ has left foodies enraged with a video of a strange food combination that has gone viral on the internet.

In a video that has had more than 50.1K views, we can see the complete creation of the trending dish that has everyone talking. The video opens with a youth holding a ‘Matka Dosa’ and taking a picture.

Soon, the video shows how the seller makes the whole dish. The seller starts by putting a large amount of butter in the tawa and spreading it around the skillet. Later, she added freshly chopped broccoli, onions, and peppers to the melted butter. Later, you add chopped cheese and everything is tossed until the paneer turns slightly golden brown.

In another skillet, the vendor sprinkles water and puts thick dosa batter until it forms a thin crepe. Later, she adds salted butter to the dosa dish, followed by a drizzle of tomato ketchup, chili sauce, spices, salt, and a thick, homemade, spicy yogurt spread.

When everything is ready, the dosa is taken out of the tawa and folded over the matka, like a funnel. The unique dish received mixed reactions from Twitteratis on the internet.

“Where do I put the FIRE?” commented one user while another user wrote, “Whhhhhhyyy? Why are they doing this with Dosa? It’s a simple dish that these founders hijacked and ruined.”

A third user wrote, “Why is all Indian food adulterated with this cheese? It would be much better without it.”

“Being from South India, I condemn this. We don’t want our dosa to be hacked, changed, and made like biryani. This is noise and nonsense,” commented another user.
