Clarksville, TN – The phone and Internet services of the Clarksville Department of Gas and Water (CGW) are down including the emergency phone line and the customer billing line, Utility Billing Line, due to technical issues.

In the event of a gas, water or sewer EMERGENCY during a telephone system outage, please call the telephone number listed below. Please call these numbers only in an emergency and not for bill inquiries or bill payment.

Natural Gas Only Emergency: 931.218.3271 or 911

Water/Sewage or Other Emergency: 931.218.3280 and 931.216.1187

Customer Service Emergency (No Bill Payments): 931.320.0140 and 931.218.3278

It is not known when phone and internet service will be restored; however, an update will be announced when services are restored.
