Taylor Swift is back on tour kicking off her long awaited Era’s Tour on 18 March 2023 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Fans eagerly awaited her return and the pop superstar did not disappoint, treating her lucky ticket holders to a journey through the musical eras of her career.
In addition to performing her greatest hits from each of her previous albums, Taylor Swift also paid tribute to memorable looks from her many style eras over the years.
The singer kicked off the show with a performance of songs from her album “Love“, including “Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince“and”Cruel summer“, while you have one Atelier Versace bodysuit and Christian Louboutin boots.
Swift then performed a trio of hits from her album “Fearless“, including “Love story“and”You belong with me,” wearing a gold-fringed flapper dress almost identical to one she wore under her “Speak now“tour in 2011
She changed her appearance for “Evermore” segment, wearing a flowing marigold corset dress by Etro to sing songs like “‘It’s the damn season“and”Champagne problems.”
She shows outfits from all her musical eras
Swift also paid tribute to her darker, edgier “Reputation“era, slipping into an asymmetrical bodysuit adorned with sparkling red snake before performing a setlist from her”Speak now“era.
She then recreated her appearance from her “22“music video for her”Red” era performance while making a slight change to the message on her sequin tee. Swift then donned a lovely custom lavender Albert Ferretti dress for her”Folklore” performance before changing into a thoroughly ornate two-piece set of Roberto Cavalli in a rich fuchsia shade for her”1989” segment.
Swift ended her set with a selection of songs from her latest album, “Midnights,” wearing a shiny beaded bodysuit designed by Oscar de la Renta. In a statement shared with Page six style, Albert Ferretticonfirmed that she will be creating a “range” of different looks for the Eras Tour, saying:
“Thinking about these stage dresses for her also pushed me to reflect on my career milestones, and I think what we’ve created reflects this journey, where the key elements of my style stand out: lightness, femininity, romance, attention to detail and a delicate, gentle seduction.”
This marks Taylor Swift first tour since 2018, and Swift has some really ambitious plans in place, according to insiders.
