We’ve known since his 2014 Tiny Desk concert that T-Pain doesn’t need hearing aids to sing. But he takes it to a whole new level with his brand new collection of cover songs On Cups, along with surprisingly everything from Sam Cooke’s “A Change Is Gonna Come” to Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin'” and Chris Stapleton’s “Tennessee Whiskey.” But we open this week’s show with T-Pain’s version of Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs” and talk about why the album is one of the best releases of the year.

We’ve also got a new EP from Hozier ahead of the full-length due out at the end of this year, Princess Nokia’s constant evolution. I love you but this is goodbye, 100 gecs and more. Contributors Cyrena Touros and LaTesha Harris join Radio Milwaukee’s Tarik Moody and host Robin Hilton as they share their picks for the best broadcasts on March 17.
