Jimin is living it up, and his latest music video is here to prove it. Ahead of the release of his first solo album face on March 24, he dropped a video for his song “Set Me Free Pt.2.” The video features BTS’s Cardi B dancing to Rainer Maria Rilke’s German poem “Ich lebe mein leben in wachsenden ringen” (in English, “I live my life in widening circles” ) is printed on his chest. This text option fits well with the circle cover photo for his upcoming album, as well as a special trailer titled “Circle of Resonance” which reads, “Waves originating from the deepest unseen world, pass through the surface and reach to others to listen as the sound spreads within.”
Jimin confirmed it first Results the title of his pre-release song is a nod to “Set Me Free” on fellow BTS member Suga’s mixtape. D-2. “There is no connection, and we did not try to divide the first group or the second group,” he explained. “But since my song seems to talk about freedom and moving forward, while Suga’s song talks about some of the previous stories, I thought it would be good if after that.” Jimin’s new song definitely feels free, as he sings lyrics like “I won’t stop, f–k all your opps / Be free” and “Hey fool, go get out of your way / Shut up, f–k out.” Well that’s what you call no “Filter”.
