Reminiscing the times, Poonam had written on social media in 2021, “I had no idea that I was creating history in the film industry when I started my makeup van. Many artists compliment me and thank me for introducing the concept of vanity vans.”

He had added, “I often struggle when shooting on (outdoor) locations. There would be no place to change clothes, no toilet and no place to eat our meals. The artists had to spend time in the sun and dirt on the sets.”
